• Measures BMI (Body Mass Index): Body Mass Index (BMI) provides a reading of your weight to height ratio to give guidance on whether you are a healthy weight in relation to height and build.

• Measures body fat: Your body is made up of two basic components: body fat and lean body mass. Body fat is measured by sending a tiny electrical current through the lower half of the body (don’t worry you don’t feel a thing!). The current flows more quickly through lean body mass than through fat. The scales then measure the speed of the current and are able to determine the body fat reading both in terms of actual body fat weight and as a percentage of the total body weight.
